My first visit was spring of 2022. I would describe Dr. Michael Han as clinical with no personality. The hygienist was nice so I decided to go back. My second visit was again with Dr. Michael Han. The experience was the same. No pleasantries, or conversation at all. He was just in and out of the room and on to the next patient. My last cleaning was with a female dentist. She was friendly and nice. This time the hygienist was not friendly/nice. She did the cleaning, broke some of the cement off of my permanent retainer and just responded to my questions. No smile, conversation, or pleasantries. At the end, she asked if I wanted a new toothbrush. I responded affirmatively and asked for a toothpaste sample also. She looked annoyed and said that she would look to see if they had one. The dental work was the same as other dentists. Nothing special. They were knowledgeable but unfriendly. When I first visited the practice, I had my former dentist send over my files. Dr. Han's office did my cleaning and did a panoramic x-ray. They didn't check my file to see that I had already had one. I was charged for the x-ray since my insurance didn't pay because It was time for another one. Overall, my experience wasn't good and I will be searching for a new dentist.

Dr Han just did my first ever crown. I was anxious and scared. Dr Han was gentle, patient and did not hurt me at all. His technician was also kind and efficient. I am glad I found this practice when I moved here two years ago. I would highly recommend this practice.

Messed up two fillings so badly by putting them too close to the nerve. One tooth had to be pulled entirely because it caused and infection and the other had to end up with a crown. I would appreciate being given options instead of risky fillings. When the concerns were brought up for any issues they were dismissed rather than taken seriously. The rest of my family has also had subpar service done here and do not trust this practice. Luckily, I found a good dentist elsewhere but I would not trust this place ever again.

I have been a patient if Dr. Hahn’s for more than 8 years. He has always had the best interest of myself and my daughters dental health as a priority. He ensures procedures are explained and referrals are promptly given if needed. My daughter returns from Florida annually to see him!
My hygienist visit with Laura is always pleasant and she does a great job!

Love Dr. Han. His staff was excellent. Very very nice and very patient with me. I''ve always had a fear of dentists my whole life. They were super super nice. And, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I had gone to a different dentist previously who wanted to basically upgrade my entire mouth. Plus, that staff was very rude and unprofessional.
I was very very happy with Dr. Han and staff.

It was a wonderful clean environmental with a friendly, professional, and nice technician which took her time cleaning my teeth and making my pearls very clean:?I had never had such a wonderful experience with anyone before as I did with mal, great Job ? my teeth mean a lot to me. We love Dr Han. The staff is very good. I definitely recommend this place. My husband and I were recomended by my mother-in law.

I've been going to the dentist for years and only in the last 15 years have experienced sensitivity on my teeth. No one and I mean NO ONE has offered to numb my gums prior to cleaning. I was able to relax and not stress about the cold water on my teeth and gums! WOW such thoughtfulness and it was 1000% less painful. I would only go once every two years and now, I won't miss an appointment. My mouth and teeth feel so clean! From the front office staff to the dentist. This place is the best! Thank you!!!

Please read. I been to this practice a few times now for cleanings, and initially they were great. Though, something changed. The people are nice but the actual dental service was terrible. The cleaning felt like gum scraping and it left me in intense pain for the rest of the day, along with blood for the next few hours after the cleaning. During the cleaning, one of the glue spots on my permanent retainer seemed have been scraped off. They were very much accounted for prior to the appointment. The dental assistant decided to claimed that she saw that it the whole time, and instead of making me aware of it right away she decided to wait for me to feel that something was missing and to ask. She asserted that I didn’t notice because “tar build up feels the same” … as glue?! I brushed and had not eaten that morning, yet I felt a large chunk roll down my tongue into the suction tube, I am assuming that was my glue bondage. When I approached the doctor about the situation (it wasn’t Dr. Han I’m not even sure which female doctor it was) she said that the dental assistant was the most trust worthy and that it is “normal” for things such as fillings, crowns, and glue to fall off during cleanings. I beg to differ. To top it off, when flossing my teeth tonight I wasn’t even able to floss between the teeth she worked on because she literally completely bonded my middle bottom two teeth together. Now there is uncomfortable pressure between my teeth and not even a measly piece of floss can get between the two teeth. From claiming there was no fault so I would have to pay for a new bondage, then completely messing up my bondage, I just do not see the same dentistry practice as I did before. Whatever it is needs to be fixed. These amazing reviews that highlight their positive attitudes fails to address the lack of expertise in the dental field.
