Dr Oscar, Dr Angelica, and Dr Paul are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and hygienic. Above all I am very happy with the results which turned out to be beyond my expectations. Due to the increase cost of dental worker in the USA we had to seek an alternative. A good friend of ours recommended a dental office in Tecate that his family has been going to for years. The service that I received was excellent and I highly recommend Bioral of Tecate for your dental needs. The dentists were honest, carrying and took pride in their work. I found them to be straight forward and a good listeners. There was never a big up sale hype.
One of my concerns was the border crossing , in the year and half we have never had a issue. It has been a safe and super easy access. The walk across the border to the office is about a 5 minute walk or you can take a cab, which I did when it rained. Never has it taken more that 5 minutes to cross back over the the USA on foot. Another concern was I didn't speak Spanish. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist Chris spoke beautiful English and with most of the staff I found I was able to communicate with at least haltingly, the office runs smoothly and efficiently it is clean and equipped with state of the art dental equipment. I had dental implants, bridge, crowns, fillings and other procedures done. This is an excellent dental office with a staff of caring and professional people.

I have been seeing this practice for almost two years, there are not enough words to emphasize how much I love the people here. Not only did I get the best in specialty quality care, I felt less like a patient and more like a person. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed. Criss is probably the sweetest most welcoming and helpful person on the planet, and Dr. Juan Pablo is and will be my most favorite dentist on the planet. I also consulted with Dr. Oscar Serna, he helped with my composite veneers as well. I needed some intense work, I had a medical condition where I had no enamel and my teeth kept breaking. In the US, they wanted me to get implants. I didn’t need them, I needed the amazing doctors and specialists here. My treatment was painless, stress free and turned out perfect, without needing to remove my natural teeth. I can smile again!!!!! Every person at this practice is dedicated to what is best for the patient and not what is best for their wallet. They actually care about you and what is best for you treatment wise. I have never been more comfortable trusting a group of doctors and I will not go anywhere else as long as they are around. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are amazing and I appreciate you.

I accompanied a friend getting dental work at Bioral in Tecate and came back smiling radiantly! I had no expectations but had been very embarrassed by my chipping teeth and told I would need significant and very costly work by dentist at home. Bioral staff did an extensive examination and came up with a very concise and most amazingly “wholistic” approach not only taking care of cavities or chips but also taking into consideration my bite and how my teeth alignment will affect the future health and resilience of my teeth! I went along with their proposal and I highly recommend!!!
