I have been seeing this dentist for about 2 years now and has been a positive experience, except for my last cleaning visit which was pretty rough. I did not like the filing of my teeth and I was not warned before doing it. The filing spots (done by the hygienist) are pretty visible and left those spots that make my teeth uneven and thinner. I wished they had asked first before doing that. Still I am giving this place a 5- star because the dentist is nice and gentle. I wished the hygienists are gentle too.
The other thing that I am not a fan of is their appointment reminders. It seems that even after i confirmed my appointment on the phone and through text, they still call to confirm or text again. I hope i don’t have to find another dentist. When I lived in Fairfax county, i was with the same dentist for almost 20 years.

Dr. Garima Talwar is very professional, thorough and caring. She takes the time to listen and she explains all options and provides detailed advice for the best results. I recently visited Esthetique Dentistry of Ashburn and am incredibly grateful for the exceptional dental care I received. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at ease.

In the past week and a half, I saw Dr. Garima K. Talwar and Dr. Nishal Patel for different needs. Their care, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Having just moved from Fairfax County, I was initially worried about finding a new dentist, but I’m glad I chose this practice and have already recommended it to family and friends. The entire team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain every procedure, ensuring I knew what to expect. Their professionalism and genuine concern for patients truly set them apart.

Receptionist doesn’t give out full info. Doctor was not available and yet I was called to reschedule for the same day at different time (they knew by then that doc will be out). Otherwise, I love the place. They are upscale and thorough. Hygienists are good and docs are also good.
