Tourists and holiday makers avoid at all costs. Overcharges and took advantage of a need for an emergency appointments and tourist in pain.

I booked as an emergency appointment whilst on holiday to just loosen a crown that had been put on an Implant before I left and felt too tight giving me migraines.

No filling, no extraction, no nothing else - unscrew crown a little -- he charged me 420 EUROS to do this.

Totally taking advantage of tourists and foreigners.

To put it into context a private appointment in London costs £195 to extract a tooth.

And to note he then did not loosen it as much as I requested - so it still hurt.

He also spent time trying to convince me it was not possible crowns were too tight and pain was in my head.

But pain stopped when I finally just had crown taken out.

Everything about this place and dentist was wrong. In every way. I complained at the price when he presented it - but he just looked ashamed but stuck to it. Disgraceful must need the money.

Op eerste kerstdag liet mijn brug van mijn implantaten los en had ik 3 losse voortanden. Op heel Ibiza was zo'n beetje iedere tandarts met vakantie dus ik was bang dat ik een tijdje zonder voortanden moest lopen. Uiteindelijk belde ik deze tandartspraktijk en James kon mij binnen een paar uur al helpen mijn tanden weer vast te zetten aan mijn implantaat. Zeer dankbaar voor de snelle en goede hulp van deze tandarts!

This has been an absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience in terms of how they handle payments and deliver paid products (Invisalign aligners). Disrespectful treatment after paying a big amount of money, not being informed about more monthly costs coming and then not being handed out the products on time to continue the treatment accordingly and bad treatment via Whatsapp. Do not go there!

Absolutely profesional and so nice and calm.
He removed a tooth today and I didn't feel pain at all.
He explain everything on the moment that makes me more confortable and relax.
Johana was also so nice and kind as she explained me everything to do after the treatment.
And Claudia did a very good job as assistant of the doctor.

Went for a cleaning of my fangs as it had been quite some time. James was superb and did an excellent job whilst being careful and explaining what he was doing. His assistant was also very kind and looked after me well in the chair! Highly recommended and right in the centre of town. Look no further. Thanks guys!
