I've been coming to Loudoun Smile center over 5 years now and every single time, I've had a great experience. The front staff and the clinical always watching out for me and trying to do what is best for my dental health. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an excellent dentist.

I had a great, knowledgeable experience at Loudoun Smile Center with their hygienist Nadia and Dr. Loghmanian. Nadia was super gentle and thorough during my cleaning and provided useful at home care instructions. Dr. L gave transparent treatment options for issues regarding my teeth, she listened to my concerns and addressed them with care and passion. The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind during my visit. Thank you LSC team, this is one of the BEST dental practices in NOVA hands down!

Very unprofessional. I've wasted my time and gas driving there. Called the office to verify if they take my insurance. Have my Member ID number,personal information,even Group number. Been told, yes,we are taking it,come over. Drove there immediately. When was given paperwork to fill out,heard"Oh,sorry...we don't take your insurance..so sorry...do you still want to be seen?"
Seriously, guys? Had me driving there in severe pain,for my emergency appointment and then telling me we don't take your insurance, but you can pay out of pocket?You need to change the scenario plan to get new patient, for starters be honest and don't have people drive there,so they can be told we don't accept your insurance.

This place is exquisitely designed and executed to extract as much money from your wallet as possible. It is a roller-coaster ride through their high-technology equipment, pasted-on smiles, and the fully-rehearsed and convincingly played "discussions" from the technicians to the finance person all focused on doing as much dental work, needed or not, that they can get you to agree to. Even including a contract with little, if any, means of backing out.

As someone who usually feels very nervous about visiting the dentist, I can't express how AMAZING everyone here is! Although I’m new to the office, they made me feel completely at home. From the warm welcome at check-in with Kayla, to my appointment with Dr. Patel and Ryan, and the smooth check-out with Fanny, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Their kindness and patience truly meant the world to me. It's rare to find an office where every single person you encounter is not only professional but also incredibly sweet. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received and will be telling everyone I know in the area to come here. Thank you all for making my experience so wonderful!

Clean, modern full service dental practice. Staff is friendly and efficient, both front office and techs/dentists. It was easy to get an appointment that fit with my schedule. I had to have some periodontal work done, and Diana went to great lengths to ensure it was painless and thorough. If you are looking for a dentist, give Loudoun Smile Center a try, I think you will like them.
