I've been a patient here for a few years now. The service is always professional and thorough and everyone I've met has been kind. I appreciate that the dentist and hygienist take their time to ensure that I am comfortable. If I have a concern about my dental health, my comments are taken seriously and I am provided with advice. The appointments do last longer here than at my previous dentist's offices so I know to block off an hour for a cleaning. With that said, if I have informed the office that I need to leave by a certain time, that request has been honored. The time passes quickly while watching TV, snuggled under a blanket with my cool shades and I never mind the time that it takes as I am confident that I am getting excellent service.

I don’t generally have an issue at the dentist, but if I did, this would be the place to go. They seem to go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dentist, Dr. Lynn, was very thorough in explaining every part of the exam, X-rays, and what they were looking for. She answered all of my questions. My tech was very sweet as well. Show me the part I appreciated most was the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on cosmetic options.

I’m an advanced practice clinician (PA-C) so I’m well acquainted with high quality compassionate patient care and good bedside manner. I received both during my visit at Lux Dental and will be referring my family there. Libby is a wonderful dental hygienist and did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning and Dr. Lynn Alexander has great bedside manner.

I found Lux Dental by luck for an emergency visit for my young son who needed a root canal and I’m so happy I found them! My son was very apprehensive (understandably) but Dr. Maimi and her assistant helped him feel more comfortable and were very sweet and patient with him, but most importantly she was able to get through the procedure and my son is out of pain. The office is beautiful and in a great location. I will start taking my family there for regular cleanings/check-ups from now on thanks to my experience with Dr. Maimi. 🙂

I had an unexpected, urgent dental problem (pain and swelling!) and Lux fit me in same-day and provided excellent service and put me on path to recovery quickly. And this is after having excellent experiences for routine preventive care appointments too.
