My first visit and it was bad, 45 minutes of waiting, and the receptionist did not give a solution when I asked something, she only saw the computer as if it were not important. Best dentist I’ve ever had!!! I’ve been to easily over a dozen dentists in my life and Dr. Jason Nikkhah has been the best. He’s very affordable, but with that said there’s no sacrifice in quality. He does excellent work, is very personable and has a strong attention to detail. I discovered him while searching for a dentist to do some fairly major bridgework and I was very happy with the outcome! I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

It's hard to find an honest dentist in Northern Virginia, so Dr. Nikkhah is a rare gem. He doesn't try to sell unnecessary services. He's been very informative and straightforward with the dental work that I have needed amf and he has bee punctual with his appointments, which is also a rare experience in this area. I went to see Dr. Jason last year, I consulted with him about some work I needed to have done. He was friendly, informative and professional. Excellent bedside manner. Fast forward to about two weeks ago and I needed to have 6 teeth removed. Dr. Jason numbed me up very well, but I started to have a panic attack in the chair. Show stopper! Dr. Jason and his assistant called everything off - they were very concerned with my comfort.

Three days ago I went back, better prepared for the visit and Dr. Jason was able to complete the extractions. Even though the extractions hurt pretty bad, it was very clear that Dr. Jason was doing his level best to be as gentle as possible. We took several breaks, he made sure I was doing well throughout the procedure. 90 minutes and 3 breaks later I left with my instructions and feeling very proud of myself. Later that day the office called to check up and the next day I popped in for a quick check up.

Dr. Jason will be getting all of my future business and you would do well to give him your business too!

Came back to get my wisdom teeth removed and I am BEYOND happy with my visit! I was awake during the procedure and couldn’t believe how fast and pain free it was! Dr. Nikkhah was very informative and reassuring during it all which assured me I was in good hands. Staff is the best staff I’ve ever encountered, super friendly and helpful! Finding a dentist could be easy, but finding a honest and professional dentist is not as easy as you think. It can cost you so much if a dentist is dishonest.
